No matter what your age may be, if you have any assets, then you should not be without a will. Arkansas laws have a very strict line of distribution for allocating your assets if you die without a will. This means that the State determines who gets what and not you.
Simple wills can be created from online form banks for a nominal fee, but you often get what you pay for as far as quality and service.
Justin offers a level of service that he will stand behind at a reasonable cost. For as low as $500, Justin will draft a no hassle, no hidden fee last will and testament that you can count on to distribute your belongings exactly how you intended. You will get the personal service of hiring an attorney who stays up to date on ever changing laws and somebody to actually answer any questions you may have.
You can meet with Justin in person or the entire process can be concluded through a few phone conversations.
Justin will not try to “up-sale” you, but he does offer some package discounts.
Individual Simple Will – $500
This is the bare necessity that you should not go without.
Husband and Wife Wills – $600
Most simple wills between husbands and wives are almost entirely the same except for the names. There is no reason to pay twice as much for essentially the same work. Justin still allows changes between the two wills for the package price.
Single Package – $750
This package is designed to protect your individual assets as well as to give you the protection you need for healthcare decisions and includes the following:

Single Healthcare Package – $250
If you end up in the hospital, the last thing your loved ones need to worry about is fighting with medical providers on who can make healthcare decisions if you are incapacitated. This power of attorney solves this problem.
Married Healthcare Package – $300
Like wills, there is oftentimes very little difference between spouses healthcare wishes.
Will & Trust Package – Call for price
Trusts are much more complex than a will alone. As such, a simple set fee would not do this service justice. If you are interested in creating a trust, Justin would be happy to discuss in more detail your specific needs before offering a comprehensive quote. Trusts are generally a good bit more upfront costs to you, but in the long run can save your estate thousands of dollars in avoiding probate expenses and possible tax consequences.
